According to Rex Bills Rulership Book, Uranus rules bombs along with Mars as a sub-ruler.  Mars rules weaponry like guns and knives.  Bombs are more complicated and require an Outer Planet influence I guess.  Uranus rules all group activities, including getting killed with others I guess.  Mars rules ignitions and sparks and Uranus rules unexpected and shocking events along with innovative flair. So, put them together and you go kaboom.

Asiri's chart has a sextile between these planets with a 2 second orb.  That's pretty precise.  Sextiles show talent in a natal chart.  These two planets have no other major aspects to other planets so they work as an island influence in the chart.

Mars is at 4 Libra Rx and Uranus is at 4 Sagittarius Rx.  Those Rx's show that one needs to look at his progressions to watch for banner years in this dude's life.  When they come out of progression, o boy.  No, make that O "Little Boy."

To add to this insulated influence in al-Asiri's chart, the world's best bomb maker has an Aries Sun.  So al-asiri's Sun disposits to his Mars.  That's a lot of fire energy.  He was also born during a conjunction of Saturn to Pluto in Libra which shows an innate sense of what is real and what is not.  It's great for scientific creations.  It's a connection that is associated with Loss and feelings of ruthlessness which can branch out in ugly ways that are not fun to party with later in life.  Saturn-Pluto is extremely hard working and determined.  Both planets don't give up a fight easily and they are reserved so one may not always know what one is dealing with.  They like to make plans and carry them out.  They like to manage and advise others.  Mars is merely trigger happy.  Saturn and Pluto want to make you remember what they came here for.  Means business, figuratively and literally.

Al-Asiri is born with Mars at 4 Libra Retrograde.  This means that Mars is in the sign of its Fall, Mars is in the sign which opposes it's natural rulership.  Mars strikes out, Venus strikes back, usually with a desire for Peace or at least non-violence. They rule both ends of the Relationship Pole in the chart. They both want to Act because they both rule Cardinal signs.  Cardinal Signs like to start things.  If you build bombs you can destroy things rather than finish them if they start to annoy you. The Mars Rx shows al-Asiri and everyone else born within a couple of months of his birthday have a special experience in trying to resolve Mars in Libra issues. That's some heavy need to balance what one wants rather than what others want. There are zillions of ways they can do this, don't have to become bomb builders.  They might have bad tempers or attract people who do.  The progressed Mars in the U.S. chart is in this same Retrograde position right now.

In al-Asiri's progressed chart, Mars Stationed Direct back in 2005-6 at 1 Libra.  That's not only an Aries Point but it has been getting hits from the recent big outer planet t-square between Saturn-Uranus-Pluto.He's also also just completed his first Saturn Return, that's a time for making major decisions about one's role in the world.  He become top bomb builder.  As I said his natal Saturn is Rx in Libra in conjunction with Pluto Rx in Libra and widely in a stellium with Jupiter in Scorpio.  All this opposes his natal Aries Sun.

His attitude changed greatly when his brother died from a suicide bombing in 2009.  This is a few years after his prog. Mars SD at 1 Libra (Aries Point, comes before public).  Natal Mercury (sibling) is 6 Taurus.  Prog. Mercury in 2009 was at 14 Gemini which is that weird Gemini-Sagittarius pole connected with Arab terrorism (placement of the Saturn-Pluto opposition during 9/11).  He possibly has a natal trine with Moon and Saturn in Aquarius and Libra.  Moon and Saturn represent Family connections, Homeland, patriotism, tradition.  Progressed Mercury would have filled in a Grand Trine figure which would perhaps make him feel more motivated.  I'm trying to figure out what will show motivation in a chart.  A Grand Trine can seal off an energy (my trans of what I think Noel Tyl says) and can be connected to feeling like one has found one's calling in life.  It might be like a Vortex influence which sucks one down eventually into fanaticism.  Al-Asiri's Natal North Node is in Cancer so this shows that he would be drawn in this direction.  Too bad he doesn't use his natural talents in directing energy to develop a water purification process instead which is what the world needs in order to get along right now.  Somebody send him a book about Viktor Schauberger or something.

His Aries Sun, which as I said disposits to Mars is strongly placed in his natal chart.  It is opposing Saturn 19 Libra Rx, Pluto 26 Libra Rx, and Jupiter 7 Scorpio Rx.  Oppositions show relationships and balancing acts and a person who will engage with others.  In this case, al-Asiri feels naturally connected to the politics of his time as shown through Sun opposing Jupiter and Saturn which represent political and social affairs.  Pluto opposite Sun will show power plays with others. 

By Solar Arc this opposition is hitting his natal Uranus in Sagittarius.  With the upcoming 2.5 year long mutual reception of Saturn and Pluto along with the transiting Uranus-Pluto square I hope we don't see al-Asiri's finest hour.  Currently he's having his Saturn Return which is opposing natal Sun and in conjunction with n.Saturn-Pluto-Jupiter.  His prog. Sun is at 29 Taurus and will be opposing natal Uranus 4 Sagittarius Rx over the next 5 or 6 years.

What's a Libra/Aries SuperMoon like?

People who have an emphasis on Cardinal Signs might be heavily affected by today's SuperMoon. I'm in that crowd. Yayyy!

The SuperMoon occurred last night, Apr. 17, 2011 at around 9:48 pm ET, 6:48 PST. The Sun 28 Aries was opposing Moon 28 Libra over the H1/H7 angles with Libra Rising conjunct Saturn.

In the news, Nicholas Cage had a meltdown over the week-end. His chart is hooked in to this moon very heavily. His natal Moon is right at 27 Libra in his natal 10th House. Natally it squares Mars at 26 Capricorn from his 1st house. Difficult Moon-Mars aspects can go off at a moment's notice as it is. But this was a Lunar Return and Full Moon and SuperMoon for him. Ouch. Supposedly he had a brain drain and blanked out where he lived. I'm sort of relieved to hear that because my Sun is at 26 Cancer and I had called the doctor last week because I've been having blank outs as well. Mars and Aries are related to the brain and Moon is related to the glands and emotional memories. And, with Capricorn/Saturn involved there will be control issues.

This is the first year that I'm asking for an extension on filing taxes. Just couldn't get around to it. To be honest, this is connected to the gang stalking stuff. I've been eating at places and have apparently been ingesting ammonia and other cleaning solutions. It appears that certain Berkeley activists (Libra Moon, for sure) are now joining the gang stalking phenomena. Maybe they are the ones who started it. This is a real eye opener. Left wing activists hate everything that they are fighting for. All those employees at the local Target who I used to feel sorry for because they walk around with their walkie talkies blasting? Immigrants who come in to the country via legally means tend to know what a law is. The rest? It's touch or go. And the Berkeley activists? They have all those boring MidWest childhoods to make up for.

And, like clockwork, Nolle's connections of Supermoons to extreme Weather conditions has hit parts of the country with killer Tornadoes and flooding. On Thursday, the Eastern part of Oklahoma and south of Kansas was hit. On Friday, Missippippi and Alabama were hit. On Saturday North Carolina was hit. The newspaper says that 243 reports of tornadoes in 13 states. 11 people are known to have been killed and 50 injured. I send my condolences to the victims. I would probably throw up on you, though, if I did it in person. So, Thank God for the Internet, right?

What Signs Are the U.S Military?

I don't really get this. Maybe someday I'll read the Wikipedia article all the way through. But, ever since those illegal aliens got caught last week driving over the Border dressed up like Marines and they got caught because they couldn't tell the Guard at the Border what sign, er, what Birth date the Marine Corps is, something which apparently all Marines learn first off and remember forever probably because the Marines is a Scorpio and Scorpios always believe in Astrology, even Carl Sagan, but only because he's dead and I can put words into his mouth. A Mystery Missile shot out of the water 35 miles off the coast from Los Angeles in Southern California was filmed yesterday by a CBS News Helicopter. The military isn't forthcoming with information about what it was. But, has said that it was not coming from another country. The Helicopter filmed the contrail which had come from the missile.

Vandenburg Air Force Base which is up the coast past Santa Barbara said it didn't jerk the damn thing off. An official of some sort has said that perhaps it was part of President Obama's peace negotiations in his travels in Indonesia to show what kinds of things we can do. I wish the whales would just jump out of the ocean and kill all of us.

Well, Scorpio Sun with Sagittarius Moon. I think maybe this is VP Joe Biden's idea, a pre-birthday salute? Scorpios know how to negotiate with toys rather than with words. But the Sun was on the Descendant which could indicate Obama as he is a Leo.

What stands out to me in this chart is the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Pisces. Pisces rules Mysteries, after all, and strange plumes of froth. Jupiter-Uranus is in the 11th house of the chart at 5:00 pm. That's the house of whirligigs and toys and techno weirdness and it is in Pisces, sign of the Ocean and it is in major contact with both the Sun and the Moon and it is the end planet of a bowl shaped chart which is led by Saturn 13 Libra. Diplomats and their toys. International relations, drugs, manipulations, cover-ups?

Maybe this will stop some problems for somebody somewhere. The chart has 3 unaspected (by major aspect) planets. Pluto (War) is conjunct the NN 4-6 degrees respectively) in the 8th House. Mars (War) at 9 Sagittarius is unaspected in the 7th House. Saturn (Government) is unaspected 13 Libra in the 6th House. There's a very heavy Pluto influence, spying, sabotage, power plays behind the scenes.

(Placement of planets in houses is probably off in some cases because I could only find that the contrail was filmed around 5 pm - Daylight Savings Time just ended and I had guessed that time from the picture as well).

Bad Shot - U.S. Missile Test Failure

Vandenberg Airforce Base has reported that a target practice missile that was launched this afternoon from Central California and missed its target in the Pacific Ocean.

The boo boo occurred Sunday afternoon and I can't tell if that's Marshall Islands' time or California time. Completely different charts.

Anyway, for the record, if anyone wants to look at a chart of a screw-up which is probably a good thing to study, this is the information I've got so far. I suppose the Sun-Mars Rx is a big issue in a chart that describes a missile intercept. A failed attempt might be indicated by Saturn, planet of over-achievement on the IC or bottom of the chart, especially since it's squaring Pluto on the Descendant.

A Sun-Mars Rx opposition might show a problem with the trigger but they say the reason for the mistake is said to be a problem with the radar. The Sun is conjunct Lilith. Don't know what that means really.

No mention of where the two missiles landed which really creeps me out.

Uranus is very close to the Midheaven in the launch time for the Marshall Islands, with Pluto on the Descendant and Saturn down in the 4th House. The planets are moved forward into the mutable houses if the Chart is used for the California time zone. Saturn is conjunct the IC in this chart.

Mercury rules the Marshall Island Launch Chart. Mercury is conjunct NN in Capricorn (H7). This brings in the Saturnian element again. In this chart the Moon is opposing Chiron-Neptune. Chiron, of course, can indicate all kinds of mistakes and things that don't work out.

Moon rules the Vandenberg Airforce Base launch chart. She is opposing Jupiter in Pisces for the California time zone chart.

Target missile launched from Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.

The Killer Missile that screwed up launched was launched from Central California somewhere, I used Vandenberg Airforce Base which I think is in Lompoc. It was launched shortly after the Target missile.
