California Nuclear Power Plants

I've looked up some of the California Power Plants and have found some pretty disturbing astrology. I remember that people living in San Luis Obispo are given Potassium Iodide pills when they move in to the area in case the Nuclear Reactor fails. Both Power Plants are built on choice real estate by the ocean.

Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Power Plant Dangers

Just looked at the chart for the 8.9/9.0 earthquake that hit Japan on Friday and noticed how obviously the Nuclear Power Plant problems are described. There's an unaspected (by major aspect) conjunction of Sun-Mars in the 8th House with Sun ruling the chart. Also, Scorpio is intercepted in the 4th House. Pluto/Scorpio is at least co-ruler of Nuclear Holocausts, and also of massive damage.

This is so unbelievable.

Planetary Cycles and the San Bruno Gasline Explosion

It's not a surprise that last year's stressful outer planet t-square made between Saturn-Uranus and Pluto could have brought some break-downs in anything having to do with infrastructure. It did bring a lot of fixes as Obama channeled stimulus funds into that area. Roads, plumbing, telecom got fixed. Cyber security was probably studied, but Wikileaks showed where some of the vulnerabilities were.

Article in today's San Francisco Chronicle, Feb. 6, 2011. Article discusses the findings for why the underground gas lines blew up in San Bruno, CA on Sept. 9. It'll be somewhere on the sfgate.com website. I went over there and got distracted.

"PG&E spiked 'highest risk' line: pressure increased on East Bay pipe despite 'high likelihood' of failure." by Eric Nalder and Jaxon an Derbeken.

Inspectors have honed down two most likely reasons for the explosion: Vulnerable welds in the pipes and pressure spikes in the gaslines. They've known all along that the pipes which were installed by a company called A.O. Smith way back when had big problems with this.

The astrology is totally amazing. There was also a huge t-square aspect between Saturn-Uranus and Pluto back in 1930 in Cardinal Signs. Jupiter was also hanging out in the aspect as well. I continually observe about how a natal chart is more vulnerable to transits when the transits mirror the natal aspects. Here we have a great example of that. Everyone knows that an 80 year old pipeline is old and might explode, especially in California where things were built very quickly to accommodate rapid growth.

Making this transit even more vulnerable, connecting the years 1930 with 2010 is the fact that this is a Uranus Return for the pipes. Uranus in Pisces, to be exact. And Pisces rules oil and gas.

PGE intentionally increased pressure (Mars?) on its line on June 19, 2009 on the Fremont-Livermore line 107. I don't know why that has any effect on the lines which run through San Bruno which is on the other side of the Bay from there and is sort of at the mouth of where Lines 109 and 132 split off and run up in to San Francisco. There's some weird talk about how there's a gold course in Pinol that should have been blown off the map with the power surge. I can totally understand how anything associated with Neptune would avoid the golfers, but I have a really bizarre sense of humor.

Line 132 is the one that exploded. But this "long festering issue" on line 107 out in the golf course is to blame, though. The article shows a map. You can see how far apart these are. I guess a fireball started underneath the golf course in Pinol and blasted down through Fremont and towards Milpitas (this is an area which reeks of Asian food pools under the freeway because they built into the Wetlands and the plumbing doesn't drain). Then after the fireball hit Milpitas it switched over to Sunnyvale which also doesn't drain, and then over to Mountain View, which also doesn't drain, and then up through Los Altos and Palo Alto and what's above Palo Alto? They've been working on the plumbing in parts of Palo and Redwood City, so they might occassionally drain. These lines run up along the freeway 280 so they pretty much miss where people live. Wow, that's a bizarre explanation these scientists and engineers have dreamed up. I'm just an Astrology Buff so I can believe pretty much anything, but this Science is really a big mystery. I mean, I get it how some golfer ate too many burritos for lunch thus launching the fireball from the country club bathroom, plus those golfers wear really ugly clothes, not good for Neptune sensibilities at all, but ... well, guess you had to be there. It's Science.

Living the Dream

California is about to have a Neptune Return, but, we're not quite there yet. The exhaustion is mounting that's for sure. We definitely need a new act and a new art form. But, in California, I keep hearing very cynical people yelping about how they've met yet another person who is out here "living the dream." "Living the dream" usually involves doing something really stupid.

So, here's one of those stories.

A rock band of aging 30-something ego problems blocked 4 out of 5 lanes of traffic on an L.A. freeway yesterday afternoon at Rush Hour by jumping on top of a truck plastered with their band logo. The marketing was all there. People who drive the rush hour traffic in L.A. are never in a very good mood and sitting in one's car for extended periods of time isn't really all that special of an event. What they are pissed off about is that the band has no talent and this was just another obnoxious act of desperation.

The lack of talent will hopefully ease up when Neptune hits Pisces. Granted the drivers on the L.A. freeways are among the most chemically altered in the World, but, still, they could use a little Neptune influence themselves to enjoy this stupid shit. Best to put this stuff off until after the Saturn, Uranus, Pluto stuff passes over. Those planets like to use the Infrastructure for other purposes.

Danger! Danger! Will Robinson! Pluto c. NN in Capricorn

So, have you ever been in that really obnoxious spot where a Saturnian person is telling you that your life is fucked up and you're being a pain in the ass? And you get all defensive and feel bad that you have a problem. And then afterwards you think about the Capricorn/Saturn person's life and realize that the Capricorn is more fucked up than you are and is basically just taking the blame out on you? Well, here we go. This rides lasts through the end of the year, just in time for the Capricorn's next birthday.

I've been saying that the Saturn-Uranus-Pluto t-square would bring issues regarding infrastructure. Turns out everything's falling apart. Well, not everything. And things fall apart no matter what. They just seem to really stand out when you've been expecting it to happen for the last 2 years or so.

Kind of interesting how the things that are falling apart are connected with things that are creating the most pollution on earth. That old Butter Commercial saying "You can't fool Mother Nature" keeps popping into my head these days. If any planet reminds me of that saying it would probably be Pluto. Pluto is so deeply connected with the deep underworkings of nature. Capricorn doesn't hurt, of course, being an Earth Sign, and also having the difficult pictogram of a Goat who tries to climb to the very peak of earth's mountains but is stuck with a fish's tail which hooks him into the deepest parts of the waters. That's the Capricorn guilt thing. The higher you go the farther you have to fall unless you give everything away. Other people aren't concerned with these problems, they don't get caught, but the Capricorns get busted if they don't follow the script.

So, there are so many infrastructure collapses lately this is just really dazzling. I keep saying that we really need to advance into the Jetson's age. Just leave the infrastructure behind and let everyone levitate. Of course, I have no idea how we're going to do that, but might as well dream. Right? The asphalt, the railroads, the exhaust engines. Good bye. Wouldn't it be nice?

Funny how with Pluto conjunct NN in Capricorn all the spillage and sewage is just fighting back at us. We've lost control of how we handle our toxics and wastes. Once Saturn and Jupiter move on there will just be this long Uranus-Pluto square passing back and forth. I doubt that's good for the arts but it sure will provide incentive for innovation and design. And Jupiter and Saturn will be doing a Grand Triny thing so there will be some sort of social awareness of sorts. As I'm not a real advocate for mass mentality and peer pressure situations I don't know how that will turn out. Sort of sterile innovation and design but some people like that. And it might actually be clean if we keep the Virgos employed by the droves to do a perfect job (so the Virgos brag, at least)

The International Space Station is having some emergency problems. Where's Will Robinson's robot right about now? One of their air conditioning units blew a fuse late SAturday. Love how these news reports don't mention the actual date so you have to fumble back and forth with a calendar and sort of guess. I suppose NASA will eventually have an actual time for the circuit breaker trip (so Mars-Saturn-Uranus). Anyway, remember the connections between Space stuff and Pluto-Nodes. Learning Curve on the Ecliptic wrote a great piece about the Challenger Disaster. And that one Astronaut early on saw aliens on one space flight. They'll be ok but they're having a stressful week. There are articles on the Internet discussing how the Space Shuttle blast offs and air conditioning are major polluters of the ozone.

Pisces was Rising and the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Aries was in the first house. Suppose that conjunction and the Pisces Rising could indicate Rubber. This was opposing the Mars-Saturn conjunction in H7 and squaring Pluto-NN up in the 10th. So the big t-square was on the angles. Chart ruler Neptune was in the 12th House and was stand out as a singleton in Air. But the big singleton was the Sun 29 Cancer in H5. The Sun was unaspected by major aspect to other planets in both house placement (succedent) and element (Water). It was in a Grand Trine with the Moon 3 Sagittarius and the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction.

In Iowa much greater damage was done at Lake Delhi. This was caused by 10" of rain and a breaching of the dam walls. Kind of interesting that the chart shows an absence of planets in Water signs. The Dam was built 1922-29 so it was going through a Uranus Return.

This chart is sort of an upside down version of the Tempe Arizona Chart with Virgo Rising and with the Mars-Saturn conjunction on the Ascendant. Jupiter-Uranus is in the 7th and is squaring Pluto-NN and even Moon in Capricorn down in the 4th House (Moon is widely past conjunction with Pluto but I'm not sure if this is the actual time of the break).

Interesting that there was a witness who saw this whole thing from 150 feet away. His name is Fred DeShane (52 years old?).



So here we go. China said that it had contained its oil spill by July 26 but China is a Libra and paints a rosy picture so now we've got some new bulletins saying that they're having problems too. So, the U.S. and China are both Cardinal Sun Signs and now we get to see what happens to Cardinal Sun Signs during a Pluto transit (no one's going to kiss these ough-ie's).

The Pluto-NN conjunction is right on the Ascendant.

The Sun is one degree away from the spot where the Moon was (23 Cancer) during the Deepwater Horizon Spill.

Don't know if this is significant but this points to the two Solar Eclipses for this year. The Jan. 15 Solar Eclipse (Annular) had a conjunction of Sun-Moon at 26 Cancer. The July 11 Solar Eclipse (Total) had a Sun-Moon Eclipse at 20 Cancer.

Mercury for the China Oil Spill (called the Xingang Port Oil Spill) is also conjunct within a few degrees the spot where Mars was in Leo during the Deepwater Horizon (Gulf) Oil Spill.

I can't get the image of the employees covered in tar out of my head. It's heroic but I wish it hadn't happened.

Of course, the Saturn-Uranus/Jupiter-Pluto t-square is going to be involved here. This shows breakdowns in infrastructure. Uranus 1 Aries is conjunct Jupiter 4 Aries. Interesting how it doesn't seem to matter that their exit from Pisces, which rules Oil and Oceans, doesn't seem to make much difference.

Perhaps a big part of these Oil Spills is the Pluto-NN conjunction in Capricorn (peak of civilization, beginnings of the Fall, structures). In the Xingang Port Oil Spill Pluto is conjunct the NN and they are hovering right over the Ascendant. Pluto rules both of the recent Solar Return Charts that I mentioned.

Also, Pisces, sign which rules Oil and Gas is enclosed in Houses 2 and 8 in this chart. Neptune is still in Aquarius (manmade inventions) but it is in conjunction with Chiron (things man can not help) on the first degree of Pisces. Lilith is also there. Don't know how to interpret that other than to say that Lilith is always "there." Kind of interesting to note Venus's connection in both Deepwater Horizon Chart and Xingang Port Oil Spill chart. Venus is squaring Lilith-Neptune-Chiron in the Gulf Oil Spill. And she's opposing that same combination in the Chinese Chart.

The Moon in this chart is conjunct Saturn the chart ruler and Mars. They are in the 8th House. Saturn is on the same degree spot (30 Virgo) in both charts, but he's Rx in the first chart.

Water Main Break near Boston, Massachusetts

On Saturday Morning a major water main broke and spewed tons of water. 2 million residents have been without potable drinking water. Had to take a quick look at the chart to see if the problems associated with infrastructure as seen by the Saturn-Uranus opposition would show up. It was amazing! I made my first accurate chart off of this thing!

Saturn was at 29 Virgo Rx opposing Uranus at 29 Pisces. Right there shows a problem having to do with public health and water and infrastructure. Jupiter is in conjunction with Uranus showing a problem with excess. This opposition hit the IC/Midheaven exactly at 10:03 am in Weston, Massachusetts where the break occurred. Ic rules underground / MC rules overground. The break was reported at 10:00 am according to this report (http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=10529674).

At that point Cancer was Rising and Pisces was on the Midheaven. Both water signs. Pluto was over in the 6th House of public health, doing the pollution/crisis thing.

No one knows the cause of the break yet. The pipes are relatively news, only 7 years old. But 7 is a number which is related to both Uranus and Saturn. It is about the time of the first Saturn square in the Saturn Cycle. And it is the amount of years it takes for Uranus to run through a sign. Uranus would have been around the end degrees of Aquarius when the pipe was first installed.

Moon, ruler of chart, was in Sagittarius in H6. Disposits to Jupiter adding to the exuberant overflow, so to speak.

Wow, I wonder if the Silicon Valley pipes will ever get fixed. Try washing your clothes in that water, let alone eating food that's been washed in it.

San Francisco Bay Bridge Collapse

Astrology could have helped in this case with the Uh Oh It's Mercury Retrograde warning. Mercury rules roads and local transportation so this makes sense.

This is very frightening: The Bay Bridge which links San Francisco to the Berkeley/Oakland area collapsed in the spot where repairs had been made over this past Labor Day Week-end. The Bridge is now closed until further notice.

The Bridge had been scheduled for closure over the long September holiday week-end. Half-way through the repairs the workers found a crack and this kept the Bridge closed until the next Wednesday morning. So the Bridge was closed from September 4-9. That's a long time and this is a major artery. Over the Labor Day Week-end Mercury Stationed Retrograde at 7 Libra. He was also squaring Mars in Cancer and Pluto in Capricorn.

Also over that period of time Saturn was opposing Uranus which was hit by a Full Moon. So, Mercury wasn't working by himself.

Two days ago, on Tuesday the Rod (whatever that is, read this, sorry its Fox but this was just the most informative article I could find) that had been replaced at some point during the repairs fell down during Rush Hour.

This is the same bridge that fell down during the Loma Prieta earthquake. That also hit at Rush House back in 1989. (October 17, 1989, around 5:04 pm). The Astrology is really creepy. Pluto at 1 Capricorn is at the spot where Uranus was at that time. Uranus was conjunct Saturn 9 Capricorn-Neptune 10 Capricorn opposing Jupiter 11 Cancer-Chiron Cancer. And Mercury was at 10 Libra which is a Mercury Return almost to the degree! They say that Mercury Returns like to bring things back to you from the past. They're not kidding (in this case at least)!

Notice also the other outer planet couplings that are similar. Saturn and Uranus (conjunct 1989 now opposing 2009). Jupiter-Neptune-Chiron (opposing in 1989, now conjunct).

Bay Bridge falls apart

Sun 5 Scorpio; 20 Aries Rising; Moon 27 Aquarius; 11 Capricorn MC; NN 26 Capricorn

Mercury is on the last degree of Libra in this chart, ruling the 3d House and squaring the Nodal Axis. It is also in conjunction with the Sun and is placed angular in the 7th House so is strong in the chart.

The Big Wig planet that stands out to me at least, is Mars. Mars here is ruling the chart, is a singleton in Fire, is the Lead planet of the Locomotive chart shape and is squaring the Sun. It is one degree away from being in the 4th House so it's not quite angular.

Saturn is still trining the Nodal Axis which it disposits. I'd say it's very widely opposing Uranus at this point (about 6 degree orb but the computer program doesn't show the opposition). It is now, however, squaring Pluto which is a destruct and destroy aspect.

Good thing is that nobody was killed. Two vehicles were damaged and I'm sure glad I wasn't driving either one of them.

The Bridge is now closed. You know I think we'll be wishing we would have an earthquake. The sewers are backflowing into the water supply. The bridge is definitely not safe to drive on. All this stuff needs a major demo so things can just be rebuilt.

Kind of bizarre that Saturn, planet that rules building, has been trining the North Node which is in its sign (and conjunct Lilith -- I swear to God Lilith is always there when this kind of poo goes down). I think she's just giving everyone a heads up you stupids.

The Oakland Bay Bridge was opened for traffic on Nov. 12, 1936. This was a New Moon in Scorpio. There was a Saturn-Neptune opposition. It's 73 years old. If "Bridge Years" are the same as "People Years" then I guess it's showing its age.

Spam Drops 40 Percent After Company "Turned Off"

This might be a positive result of the Saturn-Uranus opposition. Two Companies have been shut down which were found to be responsible for sending huge amounts of Spam emails over the Internet. After one of these companies, McColo Corporation, was shut down last week the amount of Spam emails sent through the Internet dropped about 40 percent. Security investigators and some totally awesome reporter from The Washington Post have been said to have been investigating the companies for about 4 months.

According to most articles McColo was shut down by its service providers on Nov. 12. It was based in San Jose, CA. This was right before the Full Moon. Early in the day the Moon was opposing Mercury and squaring the North Node in Aquarius. Mercury in Scorpio (Investigative Journalism) challenges NN in Aquarius (Internet, Technology) during a Saturn-Uranus opposition (Infrastructure). At any rate, that sure does seem connected with some sort of Monkey business in the Technology world. The Saturn-Uranus opposition is just one degree separated and Jupiter was sextiling Uranus to the degree at 19 Capricorn. Jupiter is a stand out energy as a singleton in Cardinal here. During this whole time Venus was conjunct Pluto to the degree on the last degree of Sagittarius.

Another article says that McColo "disappeared" at around 9am (ET) on Nov. 10 (that's Eastern Time, not San Jose time). Article here: http://news.cnet.com/8301-1009_3-10095730-83.html. This puts Mercury in Scorpio right on the Scorpio Ascendant. Pretty interesting time for an investigative news reporter to bring about some change. Especially since Neptune, Chiron and the North Node were squaring Mercury from the IC. Good for dissolving something.

There is some concern that Law Enforcement wasn't involved but since McColo was involved in sending out child porn they were not breaking rules by shutting off the service to the company. Saturn and Uranus will continue to question authority in this way I suppose as Saturn controls and Uranus rebels. Once Pluto moves into Capricorn this mentality might go overboard in places. Interesting how no actual names were mentioned in any article in connection with McColo. The Mercury News says that the company may be a front for cyber criminals in Eastern Europe.

California Dams on the (Hans) Brink(er) of Disaster

California has a Virgo Sun so I suppose that it's to be expected that the State is going through a massive review of its Dams while Saturn is transiting through the sign of Virgo. Saturn rules Dams. (Rex Bills).

An article in today's San Francisco Examiner says that eight of the 19 dams that serve the Bay Area are at high risk of killing people and other destructive behaviors if they were to break. ("Grand Jury's warning not heeded, only one of 19 county dams has emergency action plan one month after deadline" by Katie Worth, examiner.com). With all the droughts the reservoirs aren't filled to capacity. It's a good time to get in there and plug up the holes with our thumbs.

According to Bills "breakage" is ruled by Mars (Saturn, Uranus).
"Repairs" are ruled by Uranus.
Something caught my eye, (Neptune) rules "Resilience."
At any rate, some of the biggest dams are built right on fault lines, so you get the picture.

The article lists the dams that are in the worst shape and the years they were built. I can't seem to find exact dates; the years given conflict with other sources like the USGS. I hoped to find which ones have a stressed out Saturn placement right now to see if they actually in trouble. They've all survived two major earthquakes and they were mostly built while Pluto and Neptune were in Taurus so you know they were built to withstand an Aryan invasion, let alone a couple of earthquakes and old age. Saturn-Pluto-Uranus years seem to just indicate that people will be in the mood for building Dams I guess because many of these dams have difficult aspects of those planets built in.

The Spenser Lake dam, built in or around 1888 was built during a Fixed Saturn-Uranus-Pluto t-square (apex Pluto in Gemini). Uranus is inconjunct the conjunction of Neptune-Pluto in Taurus.

The Crocker Lake Dam, built in or around 1890, a year which has a Thor's Hammer with Neptune-Pluto in Gemini squaring Saturn in Virgo aspecting apex Jupiter in Capricorn.

Here's a list of the biggest. They worry me more because they were built in the mid-60s while Uranus and Pluto were opposing Saturn in Mutable Signs.
