Suspect Apprehended in Sierra Lamar case

Sierra Lamar has been missing from Morgan Hill, California since March 16, 2012.  She still hasn't yet been found but a 21-year old man has been arrested for her murder.  This puts pressure on the police and community to try to hurry up and find her.  The experts believe that she has been murdered but the police aren't giving out all of their evidence.  It's easier to win a murder trial if you have a body.

Sierra's DNA was found inside Garcia-Torres' red car and Garcia-Torres' DNA was found on her clothes which were folded in her bag.  The bag was found about 2 blocks from her home (big blocks) in Northern Morgan Hill.  Garcia-Torres lives in Southern Morgan Hill in an RV park with his child and wife who is pregnant with their second child.  Both people live very close to opposite ends of a major street in Morgan Hill called Monterey Road.

I compared some elements of Sierra's case with that of Trayvon Martin in a previous post called Mars and Teenagers >........000000.

Garcia-Torres has some difficult elements in his chart but the only thing that screams out to me "Murderer" is his out of bounds Mars at Declination 25 degrees 22'.  Planet of War, Mars, is at 29 Gemini in his chart.  This is on an Aries Point.  The Cancer AP is considered an emotionally volatile placement for Mars. Mars in Gemini is pretty mercurial and is doubly so in this chart because it is in mutual reception with natal Mercury in Aries.

Garcia-Torres has a possible Grand Square in his chart if you include the Nodal Axis and Chiron and if Moon is within orb of opposition to his Sun (can't be determined without time or place of birth).  Grand Squares can show a lot of tension as the individual receives hits to major squares by planets a lot more than other people.  More shit can happen to these people than to other people so they really have to learn how to roll with the punches.  Even without the Grand Square or Full Moon, Garcia-Torres will have a square between Sun in Aries and Uranus 14 Cap-Neptune 17 Capricorn.

Uranus-Neptune conjunctions can show a subset of people within a generation who are very evolved in social understanding.  In the sign of Capricorn this can show a group of people who want to run things and have a strong sense of class distinction but who want to work on a large group level.  They love gang stalking.  They will all fight for those less fortunate but may expect to take shortcuts in order to climb socially.  

Garcia-Torres has natal Sun, possibly Moon, squaring that conjunction.  Squares are considered difficult elements which will somehow challenge (square) the generational, group energy of the Neptune-Uranus conjunction.  This guy is probably extremely quick on a psychic level but his abilities don't easily flow within the overall scheme of things.  An Aries Sun with Libra Moon is going to be a very charming person as it is.  

Right now Garcia-Torres' progressed Sun has just changed signs from Aries to Taurus.  From the Ram to the Bull.  This means that the way that Torres will express his ego is undergoing a change.  The impulsiveness Aries could become Hard headed or more practical and easygoing depending on how Garcia-Torres is able to express it.  Taurus covets material possessions.  Women are often considered possessions.

Garcia-Torres has been considered the good son in his family.  His older brother was alcoholic and had just died 5 months before Sierra Lamar went missing. His Father is in jail on suspicion of having sex with an underage relative.

Also connected with Garcia-Torres is a set of unsuccessful abductions from a Safeway parking lot in Morgan Hill that lasted for 7 days back in 2009.  3 different times women were attacked while in their car or while walking up to it.  A hooded man held a knife to one woman's throat and I think used a taser gun on another.  The comparisons between these charts and the chart that is set for the day that Sierra Lamar went missing is really incredible.

First one can see that perhaps, if he committed any of these crimes, this Man is affected during/around the time of his Solar Return.  That would set off the square to Uranus-Neptune in Capricorn and maybe also his natal Moon in Libra and Capricorn/Cancer Nodal Axis.  He may also have an extra bad reaction to all the pesticides which are sprayed in the area.  Morgan Hill is agricultural.

The first attack date in 2009 had a Moon-Pluto conjunction in Capricorn same as Sierra Lamar's abduction date.  Pluto in Capricorn would also have set off the Uranus-Neptune conjunction in Garcia-Torres' natal chart as well as his Solar Return.  This brings in compulsions and dealings with power and ego.

Sierra Lamar is a Libra Sun with Capricorn Moon so her chart is hooked right in here.

Moon-Pluto conjunctions are feminine and can show deep compulsions with relation to women, especially in connection to power and control issues and deep emotional compulsions. I wrote in the past post, and that post was really obnoxious, so sorry, about how Pluto is connected with abductions and the underworld. It's connected with rape and murder and any behavior that is taboo. Moon represents Mother and Home and food. 

There is also a Sun-Mercury-Uranus conjunction in all these attack charts, or at least stellium, which is set over the Pisces-Aries cusp. This shows a wired nervous system and flashpoint thinking.  The Sheriff says that Sierra Lamar's abduction appears to have been a random act by total strangers.  That explains Uranus.Mercury represents cars and what's going on in the neighborhood.  In my previous post I discussed how this stellium was passing over the Ascendant at 7:10 am which is the last time Sierra posted a text message.

Transiting Mars is also hanging out over close degrees on the Virgo-Pisces pole in all the charts.  On Mar. 16, 2012, date Sierra went missing Mars was at 9 Virgo.  Between Mar. 19, 2009 and Mars 26, 2009 when the women were attacked in the Safeway parking lot Mars was opposing this placement between 5 and 10 degrees of Pisces.  Garcia-Torres worked at the Safeway store.  He was never tried or convicted of the attacks, was just a suspect. 

Garcia-Torres was having a Venus Return around the time of Sierra's disappearance.  Natal Venus at 15 Taurus.  Transiting Venus 13 Taurus.  Venus was passing over natal Sun during the 2009 Safeway attacks.

It would be interesting to study the Chiron-SN conjunction in Cancer in Garcia-Torres' chart.  He has such a complicated childhood-homelife. This opposes the Capricorn NN and Uranus-Neptune which just wants to rise above everything.  (That may be squaring an Aries/Libra Full Moon).

If I'm reading the article linked to above correctly the only time Garcia-Torres has gone to jail came two months after the parking lot attacks. The police came to his house and wanted to search it for a suspected criminal.  Garcia-Torres over reacted and refused to let them in and became verbally abusive, maybe physically abusive.  He was probably in the middle of the investigations over the attacks in the parking lots (was not arrested).

On This day Chiron was in exact conjunction with the 2 planets at 27 Aquarius.  Chiron and Neptune were both stationing Retrograde and were opposing Moon in Leo.  There's that Chiron-Moon aspect in which one takes the blame for others.  At the time of the arrest the opposition was hitting the IC-MC angle with Moon (Home) at the top of the chart.  I think that all clocks should have a built in dinger to let people know when Scorpio is Rising and when the Moon and Mars are at difficult placements.  I bet half the crime in the world could be cut if people would pledge to wave white flags during those hours and dates, maybe even pledge to sit down and drink some tea with each other.

Legos Thefts Barcode Scams

Weird stories.  This was the Mars Retrograde where all the grown men got caught stealing Legos toys from Target Stores. Apparently this is the new hip crime which involves switching bar codes to lower the prices of the toys and then either saving them or reselling them on Ebay.  Whew, What's a Trekkie to do during a Double Dip Recession/Depression.  At any rate, this partially explains why all those Target employees are harassing me when I go into the store.  When I first saw the mugshots I thought it was a hoax and had a little anxiety attack because I know they're after me as well. 

I guess this isn't just happening in the Silicon Valley but it certainly seems as if these guys are working together.  They seem to have marked out their turf and don't steal from each other's stores.  This week the crimes became big news because a Vice President from a Tech firm, a rich guy, was caught and arrested.  Apparently the thieves print out labels at home and switch the labels in the stores and then get caught on videotape.  The guy from San Francisco is unemployed and only made a couple grand on his purchases but the Silicon Valley exec made about $30,000 over the last year.  Another guy in Oklahoma was also caught recently.

Here's a story about it. 

Had to look up the Astrology and the extended transit of Mars in Virgo to Neptune in Pisces really stands out. In the 3 event charts which I have all the information for this opposition is passing over the ASC/DESC pole.  This combination certainly could be related to crime as Mars is aggression, impulsive acts and also rules all things related to little boys.  Neptune rules deception and also self undoing.  So together they can be thought to represent some kind of theft, burglery and deceptive crime.  This year they have been opposing each other for an extra long time because of Mars' Retrograde transit, a once every two year event.

Mars has been in Virgo, sign connected with technology, details, marketing, employees.  Neptune has just entered his own sign of Pisces and he has been in conjunction with Chiron, Wounder Teacher/Healer imagery.

Earlier in the year, Mars in Virgo was also strong because he was in a Grand Earth trine with the Jupiter (Toys) and Pluto (crime, theft). Thomas Langenbach, the executive thief apparently also collects the toys. The Grand Trine might represent thefts the men got away with.  Trines often bring Luck.

Mars opposing Neptune starting phasing in and out (within orb) while Mars was still in Leo back at the end of October (22) 2011.  The opposition has been extra long because of the Retrograde and also because of Neptune's conjunction with Chiron in Pisces and would have become very intense when the Sun passed over Neptune-Chiron Feb . 26, 2012 to about Mar. 18, 2012.

In the surveillance camera video charts the Sun is also approaching conjunction with Jupiter and Lilith in Taurus and is just past the Midheaven, highest part of the chart.  This puts the crimes into "The Limelight."

In all 3 of the charts for thefts which I was able to get time, date, and place, the Mars-Neptune opposition has been very close to the Ascendant/Descendant axis with Mars in the 1st house.  1st House will show perpetrators.  The other side shows victims.  I haven't looked up the chart for Target but do know that Neptune is connected to cameras and getting films and the men are being arrested because of videotape surveillance.

Sun is also conjunct Lilith and Jupiter (widely).  Boys just wanna have fun with toys.

Mars and Teenagers in Trouble, Trayvon Martin and Sierra Lamar

Hindsight is so telling. With Mars squaring the last Total Lunar Eclipse on Dec. 10, 2011, that's Mars squaring the Sun and Moon and Nodes, most of the major factors of the sky for events, I suppose that now we can know that children will be susceptible to violence more than usual.

There will be another square between these planets, sort of a Grand Square with Chiron, in the June Lunar Eclipse which will also include the big Venus Rx cycle.

So right now, Eclipse wise, we're wenched between 2 Eclipses which represent emotional volatility. Also, Mars is spending a lot of time in Virgo not really moving anywhere, so he's not really flowing very much. And since he's the guy who acts first and thinks second, he's burbling away like a pit bill on a leash. And Mercury has been in Retrograde so nobody can think straight, but apparently can still shoot straight which is an extremely scary thought. And Venus will move Retrograde soon after Mars goes direct at the end of this month. So, get out your suspension rope, don't offend the gang stalkers because they're not very nice, and they make sense to all those mean brats born with the Pluto in Scorpio and Neptune-Uranus in Capricorn who were raised by parents who called themselves helicopters because they didn't really want kids, they wanted money, and the kids just happened to be part of the Plan to get the money and the success. It's a Material World, don't ya know.

Basically, there's a lot of frustrated inner planet energy. A cess pool if you will. Third World Country thinking (except for Nancy Grace and Mark Klaas, in this case)

Kids are mostly about inner planet energy.

Who? What's a kid? I live in California. We just have transplants who act like kids.

Teenagers are just past their first Saturn oppositions and most are launching out into a 4 or 5 year period in which they are not developing through any major planetary cycle phases or parts of phases.

The two big stories in the news have been of Trayvon Martin, a 15 year old Black teenager who was shot for suspected trespassing by a citizen security guard named George Zimmerman. This occured in Florida in a town called Sanford. Zimmerman has a typically Jewish name and he says he's Hispanic, so right there he's a civil rights catastrophe waiting to happen.

Sierra Lamar is a 14 year old White girl (I think) from Morgan Hill, CA who went missing in MidMarch, having never boarded the bus to go to her school. Her cell phone and her bag with some clothes have been located a couple of miles from her home but nothing else is known about her whereabouts.

Trayvon Martin was born at the beginning of 1995 and Sierra Lamar was born near the end of 1996. They share the Uranus-Neptune conjunction from those year in their natal charts. Trayvon's is in Capricorn at 24-28 Capricorn. Sierra's is Neptune 26 Capricorn-Uranus 1 Aquarius.

Capricorn is the sign associated with parents, usually the Father. On a societal level these events are bringing up a lot of topics for society and the media to discuss. Outer planet transits are said to project out into the bigger picture in this way because slow moving as they are many people within a generation share them. Trayvon Martin's murder has become a huge talk about racism and civil rights. Both kids were from Divorced families so now there is talk about how kids from Divorce get into trouble. I read an article yesterday about all the kids in the news right now who are from Divorce, the theme was lack of Fathering more than lack of Mothering. Sorry don't have a link. Should try to find it.

I've been studying kids from divorce and have found that, at least in the cases which go public in the national media, most of the women who get murdered by boyfriends and husbands seem to come from divorce. I'm not going into the reasons why this is so, mostly because kids from divorce wander around a lot and don't shelter themselves from the strangeness of others very well, either that or they are manipulative spoiled brats as anyone from an intact family will readily tell you. One can see the strange allegiences which occur within step families when Sierra Lamar's mother is interviewed. She can't seem to discuss her husband and boyfriend, even at the expense of not being able to find her daughter.

The Divorced kid thing is a long story. Since these two are/were teenagers we can focus the conversation on how to avoid that topic.

I said that I'm not going to discuss crime stories as they are occurring so already I've screwed that topic up. What I'm going to try to focus on is Mars in the natal charts of the victims and in the event charts of their victimhood. I've looked at a chart for Sierra's last cell phone call. It says something important but I can't say what.

The reason why I'm looking at Mars is because both Sierra and Trayvon had natal Mars within a degree of each other at 25-26 Leo. Mars also rules impulse and violence and bullets and knives. And it's just odd that they shared a Mars Return.

Mars is prominently placed in both of their charts as it is Lead Planet of their chart shapes. Sierra has Mars 25 Leo lead planet of a Locomotive Chart. Trayvon had Mars 26 Leo lead planet of a Bucket Chart.

Mars rules Men, mostly young impulsive boys and represents the male side of a person within a relationship, and also describes the impulsive side of a person. So these kids may have had a bit of a good soldier style of action, valuing honor and courage. Being a Fire Sign Leo can perhaps get itself into difficult situations, especially if offended. Leo is the sign of Pride, Romantic, wears Heart on Sleeve. Leo rules creativity and kids, so kids being raised by parents who aren't doing their job properly might dramatize through behaviors but most of all they just want to be good kids and to be rewarded for it.

Mars is prominent in the skies right now because he is moving Retrograde in Virgo and has been opposing Neptune. Virgo is the sign which comes after Leo, it's the sign of discernment and attempt to seek clarity through analysis of all the Leo drama. So, these kids' Mars is in the shadow of this current rx transit. Perhaps something they did back on the day when they had their exact Mars returns somehow led to what happened to them on the days of their victimization.

The Virgo-Pisces pole will often bring up issues regarding Civil Rights, most notable the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s which came about during a huge configuration in Virgo-Pisces. There is a weird chance that Sierra Lamar ran off to join the revolution, from looking at the chart, and this revolution could be related to immigrants' right just because Morgan Hill is an agricultural town.

Mars Opposing Neptune brings fogginess and lack of clarity, though, which seems to be part of both of these cases. There can be dishonesty and cover ups or just difficulty in discerning reality. Both cases are bringing about searches on mass scale, in civil rights in Trayvon's case along with Mass Media screw ups, and in the actual physical search in Sierra's case. Football players are tromping out in the fields in Morgan hill right now along with many other people looking for traces of what happened.

It's interesting that the Mars-Neptune opposition had just passed over the ASC-DESC pole of both event charts, but on opposite sides.

Pisces was Rising at 7:11 when Sierra sent her last text message to her friend so Mars was in the 6th House and Neptune was in the 12th House. (Since this is at the end of Pisces, Aries may have been actually rising when she was went missing).

Virgo was rising when Trayvon was shot so Mars would have been in the 12th House and Neptune in the 6th House. This is interesting just for the reason that everyone knows what happened to Trayvon and Mars represents guns and violence. He was also misidentified which would be a Neptunian problem. Neptunians can't really do eyewitness situations, but they can instantly identify the murderer (or more likely, crack dealer) in the room if they've never met the person before.

In Sierra's case nobody knows what happened to Sierra which is very Neptunian and unclear. If she disappeared soon after making her last text, Neptune is ruling the chart and is in its own sign and in its own house. The Sun is unaspected and in conjunction with the Ascendant at that point which shows a burst of ego that has nowhere to go.

There is a tight conjunction of Mercury-Uranus. which could indicate a runaway situation, just depends on the time of the disappearance. The chart is also unclear because there is a conjunction of Moon-Pluto in Capricorn up in the 10th House which squares the Mercury-Uranus conjunction. Pluto is connected with abduction and pretty much all types of shady crime and taboos. This is a very intense square aspect which is right on the angles. Plus, another quasi planet influence, Ceres, which is also connected with abduction is also in the 1st house. That's interesting because Ceres and Pluto are connected together through the myth of daughter/abductee, Persephone, in Greek myth. This myth is also about agriculture and Morgan Hill is a farming community. And there was recently another shooting of teenagers back in November which was related to gang activity. Maybe gang activity in Ceres?. Sierra's natal Jupiter is at 12 Capricorn and is unaspected except through a square to her Nodal Axis, so she may have run off to join the revolution (Uranus in Aries) and has long since flown out of the area.

I can't find any reason to connect Mars at 25-26 Leo with the events in either of these cases. It's out of bounds to be considered a Mars return for these kids. Mars will return back to 4 Virgo next week and then will move forward. This is an exact Mars Return for Trayvon Martin's killer, George Zimmerman, who has natal Mars at 4 Virgo. Mars will station right on his natal Mars next week.

Trayvon Martin was born with both Mercury and Mars Retrograde. So this mirrors the current Mercury-Mars Retrogrades that are in the sky right now. Mercury was not Rx when he was shot.

Sort of weird how there are no out of bounds planets in the natal or event charts. I always expect something to look really wiggy in the case of crime.

Murders at Jupiter Returns?

There was a Total Lunar Eclipse on Dec. 10 which looked pretty violent. Total Lunar Eclipses are like Full Moons gorked out on steroids because the Sun-Moon opposition is in conjunction with the Nodal Axis. In this particular Eclipse, the planet Mars was squaring the opposition from the sign of Virgo. Mars = Aggression and Violence, along with many more pleasant characteristics.

Moon-Mars squares tend to be times of emotional volatility because the Moon = Emotional Receptivity and squares indicates two planets that "challenge" each other.

Virgo rules Service, Jobs, Public Health, and a host of other things. Don't know if this has anything to do with anything but the progressed chart of the U.S. is currently going Retrograde (in Libra) so Mars Retrogrades may play require even more attention now than they did in the past. In early Libra, the U.S. Prog. Mars is going to be under stress no matter from the outer planets Uranus and Pluto (and last year Jupiter and Saturn.

And it seems that there have been several instances of violent behaviors which occurred on or around New Year's Eve. I have a birthday for only two of the perpetrators of the crimes and for none of the victims so I can only wonder at this point what was going on in their charts. What is interesting is how so many were the same age. Age 24 or 25 so they would have been born around 1987. Three of the stories involve ex-military personnel and one involves an arsonist. That makes sense as Mars rules fire and soldiers. Virgo rules Service.

Mars will be transiting through Virgo for a very long time because it will turn retrograde for about 6 months (I haven't looked up exact amount of time). Mars Retrogrades involve an opposition to the Sun which will occur in this case when the Sun hits Pisces in February or March. This is called a "Synodic Cycle" of Mars. The gang stalkers are going strong, that's for sure. They are not getting caught so terrorism is definitely the way to go. Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, has a natal Sun-Mars opposition and he just put Facebook public so Facebook now also is "born" under this cycle.

It's good to remember that there was a Sun-Pluto conjunction in Capricorn on New Year's Eve which occurred this year and last year and will actually occur on every New Year's up until about 2018. Make sure there are a bunch of Scorpio Suns at your New Year's parties and make sure they are having a very, very good time and you will be okay. They make really good designated drivers because they can drive whilst unbelievably drunk, but don't tell anyone I said that, especially not them, they have too much confidence sometimes and you'll be bailing them out of jail on New Year's Day.

This would mean that the most recent planetary cycle completed by this age group of people is the 2d Jupiter Return. The kids this age were also born right before the big conjunction of Saturn-Uranus and Neptune that occurred around 1988-89. I think there was something called a Grand Concordance or something which everyone went to New Mexico for back in 1987. I went the day after just by coincidence. So, something was up when these kids were born. There was a Recession in there at some point as well, maybe it came a little bit later.

Jupiter has been on the fence between the signs of Aries and Taurus and has been opposing Saturn in Libra. It seems that 2 of the individuals involved were already going through their first divorce as well so were under a lot of stress. As I publish this it is firmly in Taurus at 4 degrees.

I noticed that while Saturn ruled the East Coast Chart for the December 10 Total Lunar Eclipse, Jupiter ruled the West Coast chart. And, amazingly, all the events I'm looking up involved West Coast. There's been a rash (sp?) of school teachers getting arrested for child molestation in California as well.

Arsonist begins setting fires in Car Ports in Hollywood, CA. on Dec. 30, 2011. The fires stop after Harry Burkhart was arrested on I believe Jan. 2, 2012. He is Age 24 and according to a website was born on July 12, 1987 in Chechnya. His rage was triggered by the arrest of his Mother. He also said he hates America. They always do. Both Mother and Son are German Nationals who had been living in Los Angeles for 3 months.

Iraq War Veteran Benjamin Colton Barnes then shot 4 people at a New Year's Eve party up in Washington with one other person. He is also Age 24. He was going through a divorce and custody fight and supposedly has a long history of problematic behavior. Barnes was apparently was not a combat soldier and was discharged from the army early for bad behavior. Colton shot and killed Park Ranger Margaret Anderson on New Year's Day at 10:20 am in Olympia National Park. Anderson was Age 34. May she rest in Peace.

Then in Coronado, San Diego, CA, there was a Triple Murder-Suicide among Navy Pilots. John Robert Reeves, Age 25, committed Suicide. It is now thought that he murdered David Reis, Age 25 and his sister Karen Reis, Age 24 along with Matthew Christopher Saturley, Age 31.

The shots were heard on Jan 1, 2011 at 2:20 am Coronado, CA Scorpio was rising at this time.

Then in Orange County, Southern California, another Veteran, Itzcoatl Ocampo, stabbed 4 homeless people to death before he was caught. He has now also been charged with the stabbing death of the Mother and Brother of a high school friend. Ocampo had also been discharged from the army for bad conduct, like Benjamin Colton Barnes up in Washington. His family said that he had been acting strangely ever since coming home.

Wow, Jupiter in Taurus. Who knew? Well, with an opposition to Pluto in Scorpio these kids are going to be feeling the Economic pains extra hard. Taurus and Pluto are the money signs.

Alberto Casillas Murder

Saw this article asking for help in solving a 5 year old murder in San Francisco. I'm just a crazy Astrology buff and have no forensics experiences but thought I'd try to take a look at the chart.

Alberto Casillas was confronted by two men in a nightclub in the South of Market district in San Francisco, CA on Jan. 7, 2007. He drove off with some friends in his car but was shot by the men. He later died in the Hospital. The articles give almost no other information beyond this so it's really difficult to understand what actually went on. For example, there is no information about who the other passengers were in the car.

There are two police drawings of the shooters in the article. In other articles I've read Casillas' Mother is keeping the case open by passing out fliers on the street to see if anyone will come forward.

I didn't find a rulership for snitches and that's what we need. I suspect that we'd want to see some Mercury/Gemini influence in that regard just because that sign is associated with loose lips. Just read this blog if you want to understand the stupids associated with Mercury/Gemini influence. I also suspect that the Saturn-Pluto trine that was occuring on the day that Casillas was shot could possibly bring forward another type of snitch. Saturn-Pluto trines can be very concerned with doing the right thing and they may have the balls to come forward and speak out. Unfortunately, the angles of the event chart are ruled by Neptune and Pluto and these two are involved in secrecy and cover ups and crimes.

This event chart has many classic signatures for homicide.

Amazing how often Scorpio is rising when brutal murders take place. As one can see from the rulerships listed above, pluto rules this type of crime to the tee. Neptune at the bottom of the chart adds to this as it signifies a "Fog of War" type of situation. Neptune rules alcohol and drugs and since this event happened at a night club I assume those were strong factors in why the event occurred.

First thing I noticed was the Mars-Pluto conjunction in the 2d house trining the Moon in Virgo. This can show volatile emotions. It seems that whatever set the shooters off occurred earlier in the evening. Mars is impulse, Moon is reactivity, Pluto is revenge. The trine connection between the 2d House and the 10th House indicates some sort of control thing. The 2d House represents money so perhaps there was money owed or theft involved.

This is a sling shaped chart with a Moon-Saturn conjunction acting as handle up in the 10th House. This places a lot of emphasis on those two planets which are rulers of parents, homelife, social status. When I first read a blurb about the murder I was wondering if this were a family related crime in some way. Then I read that Casillas' mother is not giving up on finding her sons murderers, this could mean that her grief and determination to find her son's killers will eventually work out. The Virgo Moon is opposing Ceres in the 4th House. This ties the Ceres/Demeter myth into the chart very strongly. Demeter was Goddess of the Harvest. She fought with Pluto, Lord of the Underworld, who had abducted her daughter Persephone. Eventually Persephone was allowed to come back above ground for 6 months of the year, Pluto kept her downstairs the other 6 months.

Looking at this chart, I would suspect that the Mother would find more information from sifting through data and from looking for clues through physical evidence than by looking for witnesses who will come forward. The people involved here look unreliable and unable to help. There are no planets in the 1st or 7th Houses. Pluto ruling and Neptune in conjunction with the IC shows that the situation is difficult to understand. There is much grief and sense of loss in this chart as Saturn is both trining Pluto and opposing Neptune.

Mars will have a long retrograde transit back over the Moon of this chart so perhaps there will be some extra impetus to solve the crime. Virgo is a sensible sign which doesn't really stick its neck out to perform noble deeds so perhaps other means of solving the crime will help. Virgo represents Data Analysis, so there might be some way to track the killers by sifting through Data. The Moon in conjunction with Saturn in Leo out of sign up in the 10th House and trining Mars-Pluto shows that the scientific evidence is probably there. Or at least it would have been at the time. Saturn is Retrograde which could indicate a long delay. The Moon here is Void of Course which also indicates some problems in solving.

There are 3 planets in the 2d house in Sagittarius. These are Jupiter, Mars and Pluto. That's a lot of "party" energy. Sagittarius is an optimistic sign and this does indicate to me that someone was feeling too lucky and overworked a situation.

Uranus in Pisces in House 4 in conjunction with the NN in Pisces. It seems that Neptune/Pisces issues may have been the reason behind the shootings. That doesn't give much interesting information as Neptune/Pisces rules drugs, escapism, jails, death and crime. Perhaps the criminals were drug dealers. This could be gang related.

The Sun was conjunct Mercury on the same degree at 16 Capricorn in the 3d House. This describes the shooting in the car. I'm not up on my Cazimi Mercury interpretations so don't know what that means. In the 3d House it could indicate that the witnesses do know the killers. I do know that it indicates something having to with cars and drivers.

Venus is also in the 3d House conjunct Chiron. She is otherwise unaspected so she stands out. This shows the presence of a female who perhaps has problems. This could be a sister or a cousin or someone going through a Divorce or drug problems. I don't know who the other passengers in the car were. Perhaps Casillas was trying to protect a woman and was shot. Venus rules the 12th House which is said to show the cause of the crime.

I send my condolences to those who have grieved over this death and hope that someone will come forward with some information that will lead to Justice in this crime. Venus also rules Justice through the sign of Libra.

More Women Journalists Sexually Mobbed in Cairo Last Thursday

The more you try to change things the more they stay the same. Last Thursday two more female reporters were sexually mobbed in Cairo. I guess this means that the Egyptian Spring is for boys only.

I already wrote a post about Journalist Lara Logan who was sexually mobbed in Tahrir Square last February.

Epyptian born American Journalist Mona Eltahawy was beaten, sexually mobbed, blind folded and held for 12 hours. Her arms were broken. And this was done by the Egyptian police!

Scorpio is related to anything having to do with sex and crime. Sorry, Scorpios, the other signs all commit crimes too, but Scorpio is just the sign that handles all things that are taboo within society (like Taxes, hee hee).

So, it's interesting that the Moon is in Scorpio on this day. Moon is a singleton in Water, (except for Chiron in Pisces) so it contains all issues having to do with Feelings and Emotions. That usually indicates an extreme of some sort.

Moon is also traveling very fast by 4:30 pm at 15'. I don't know what that means really except that Moon rules Women, Feelings, Lunacy, Crowds, and Mobs. I think that when it travels fast things happen which are beyond comprehension.

By evening there was a New Moon in Sagittarius in conjunction with the Sun 2 Sagittarius. Literally, something exceptional about Women (moon); International Affairs (Sagittarius) and Journalism (Sagittarius). Sagittarius is also the sign of the centaur and I've studied a little bit before about how centaurs are often connected with rape. The Centaur is half man and half horse. Definitely Chiron is interesting to look at on this date which I'll point out down below. I'd expect that Jupiterian types of women would be more vulnerable to rape because they need freedom and independence and so would end up in places which makes them more vulnerable.

Mercury and Venus are also in Sagittarius at whatever degrees they were at, near the end of the sign. They are in conjunction with each other and both are Out of Bounds. Venus is also in mutual reception with Jupiter, ruler of Sagittarius.

Venus rules Women and, again, Sagittarius rules International Affairs and Journalism. Mercury also rules News Reporting and Communication. (Venus out of bounds at 24 deg, 37 min; Mercury out of bounds at 24 deg, 45 min.) Mercury is stationing Retrograde on this day which immediately points to some sort of blip in communications. Nothing says I can do anything I want to you quite like rape, although gang stalking comes close.

There's a Grand Earth Trine occurring in this chart between Mars 7 Virgo, Jupiter 3 Taurus and Pluto 7 Capricorn. So, one could expect that men were feeling a little too lucky during this aspect. Mars rules Men. Mars is Lead Planet of a Locomotive chart. This was one Hell of a Train Wreck, that's for sure.

In addition to all this, there's Chiron. On his website Bob Marks said that some astrologer had told him that rape is often shown when Mars is in difficult aspect with Chiron. There was an opposition between the two last week that was squaring the Sun-New Moon.

Innocent Released From Jail

It seems that lately there are an exceptional amount of high profile cases in the news about people being liberated from prison for crimes they didn't commit.

Well, actually, it seems that the first case to start things off was the infamous Casey Anthony case in which a beautiful young mother was let off for the murder of her daughter. Nobody believes that she was innocent so we got to see yet another case of how the scales of justice swing in all sorts of weird directions.

It seems that there ought to be some sort of astrological pattern as to why all these releases have happened within such a brief amount of time. It certainly seems that the last pass of the stressful big outer planet t-square of Saturn-Uranus-Pluto has finally let up on some of the tensions which it brewed up over the last couple of years. It seems to have done clean up on some of the major outer planet transits from years past. Pluto has hit the spot at early Capricorn where the big Uranus-Neptune conjunction was back in 1993. Saturn has hit the spot where the Saturn-Pluto conjunction was in 1982. And etc. The charts of both the people and the crimes are sort of folding in on each other over the years.

The Sun and Venus have been in an extra long conjunction through many signs over the Summer which maybe loosened up negotiations and helped people to see the other side of their opinions. Venus rules the sign of Libra which literally represents the Scales of Justice. Saturn, Governance and Judges, is also in Libra. And Saturn had its last pass through the big and stressful outer planet t-square with Uranus and Pluto, both heavy planets which are signatures of crises. That's sort of the kind of pressure cooker which makes you or breaks you.

Also, Neptune entered its own sign of Pisces last year but tracked back into Aquarius for the last time at this point. Neptune/Pisces rule Jail, especially escaping Jail through loosened barriers. And Aquarius rules Humanitarian deeds. So, however you want to interpret that, this is certainly a time when the world at large is looking at these activities through these people.

The recent Eclipses have been in Gemini/Sagittarius and Cancer/Capricorn and one can see the emphasis on Cardinal and Mutable signs in all these personal charts. (The innocent Fixed Sun Signs are still in jail I guess.) On the other hand, it's probably just an interesting coincidence to notice that all were incarcerated for crimes which were committed while the Sun was in a Fixed Sign.

I'm not reading too deeply into these charts and am hopefully putting down the correct information where I can find it. Basically just gathering the information here in a bundle hopefully for another day or another person's brains. And also am adding Chiron's placement. One hopes that the world will learn through the woundings which these people have received.

First off was the release after 18 years of the Memphis 3. Three men were released from jail for committing the murders of 3 8 year old boys back in 1993. Pluto has hit the spot where Uranus and Neptune were in conjunction in early Capricorn.

Pharmacy Shootings

A messed up burglary in New York turned in to a tragic shooting of 4 people in a pharmacy yesterday. I send my condolences to the friends and families of the victims.

Suffolk County Police identified the dead employees as Raymond Ferguson, 45, of Centereach, and Jennifer Mejia, 17, of East Patchogue. Bryon Sheffield, 71, of Medford, and Jamie Taccetta, a 33-year-old woman from Farmingville, were identified as the two customers

The event chart portrays the crime unbelievably well. Neptune, which rules drugs and pharmacies is in 2 degree conjunction with an angle. It is at 1 Pisces in conjunction with the 29 Aquarius Descendant and Chiron 6 Pisces. And it is squaring Mars (violence) 29 Taurus (H10).

Neptune has recently moved in to his own sign this year so we can expect a period of pronounced activity in the areas of the Astrological wheel which he rules. Neptune on average takes about 13 years to pass through a sign and I'm too lazy to find the exact dates for how long this current transit will be.

Neptune rules loss of boundaries and feelings of compassion for others, but also of helplessness and abandon. He rules the concept of surrender and of letting go which is probably the highest form of spirituality when used by highly spiritual people (and, really, folks, how many of those are there on the planet). Things never are what they seem with Neptune.

Since Neptune passed into his own sign there has been another story of a killing within a pharmacy on May 26 when a pharmacist in Oklahoma City was convicted of 1st degree murder for killing a burgler in his store. During that event two men walked into a pharmacy pointing a gun in the Pharmacist's face. The pharmacist responded by pulling out a gun and shooting one man. The other burglar escaped and the pharmacist chased after him. When the pharmacist returned he got another gun and shot the downed man a few more times. This pharmacist has been praised for having saved the lives of the 2 customers in the store so the conviction is considered controversial.

Kind of interesting the difference in attitudes between the two shootings in relation to the Neptune influence. Currently it appears that the public and the judicial system would rather have 4 dead innocent people than one dead criminal.

Both charts show Sun c. Mercury, but the Oklahoma Shooting has Mercury Rx. Mercury rules the Marketplace so this describes the basics for location of the events.

This conjunction of Sun-Mercury is also squaring a tight conjunction of Chiron (Wounded Healer) 27 Aquarius-Jupiter (Law, Opinion) 26 Aquarius-Neptune (Pharmacy) 27 Aquarius. That certainly seems to explain the difference in the two stories. Aquarius is much more concerned with Vigilante Justice as it is concerned about people who work on their own against the system (Saturn). The Moon was in conjunction with Uranus in Pisces during much of the day. This repeats the picture of vigilantism, victimization and pharamcies.

The chart for yesterday's shooting shows the Sun 28 Gemini-Mercury 6 Cancer filling in the empty leg of the Saturn-Uranus-Pluto t-square.

The pharmacist, Jerome Jay Ersland, is currently 59 years old so he has been going through his 2d Saturn Return during the entire jail process. He was found guilty of murder in the 1st degree on May 26, 2011 Oklahoma City, OK because videos (Neptune) of the crime show that he shot at the burglar in execution style. Apparently he also lied (Neptune) or boasted (Sun) or exaggerated (Jupiter, Mercury) about his qualifications for shooting at burglars who are robbing him which disqualifies his credibility during testimony.

It's important to pay attention to Mars in these charts, of course. In Ersland's shooting at the Oklahoma pharamacy Mars was powerful in its own sign at 21 Aries. It's only aspect is a conjunction to Venus which is also in Aries at 15 Aries. That says a lot about someone who will respond quickly to any provoked adreniline rush. It may or may not explain the lack of understanding from the Judicial System. I don't have a time for the burglary so don't know which house Mars was placed in for that event.

Mars was elevated at the end of Taurus in H10 of the New York shooting yesterday. He was squaring Neptune-Chiron-Descendant.

Carlina White Abduction Solved

Carlina White was abducted when she was 19 days old. Her Mother brought her to a Hospital because she had a fever. A woman who claimed to be a nurse took the baby and walked off with her.

23 years later Carlina, renamed Nejdra Nance by her abductor-Mom, solved her own Missing Persons case by searching the cold cases on the website for Missing and Exploited Children. Carlina has since been reunited with her parents.

First off, I'm going to point out an interesting phenomena that I find occurring when babies experience a big trauma in their life within the first month of their birth. One can sometimes see a direct relation between age of baby by day that fans out into and correlates with age of baby by year by using a simple Solar Progression. For example, if a baby's parent walks out when the baby is 16 days old, the parent who walked out could return in to the baby's life at around age 16. You project one year for every day that the baby was. (I got this information first by looking at President Gerald Ford's bio and chart, his Father was kicked out for being violent when Ford was 16 days old. The Father walked up to Ford when Ford was 16-17 from out of the blue). In Carlina White's case, she was 19 days old when she was abducted. She began to look for her real parents 5 years ago when she would have been around 18 or 19. This is because her abductor couldn't give her a birth certificate.

This chart is pretty awesome to look at in terms of looking at a chart which represents a significant phone call and also through use of Internet. Mercury rules telephones. Uranus and probably Pluto rules the Internet. All three are angular.

Mercury, ruler of telephones, rules the Ascendant and Midheaven of the chart. Mercury is placed in the 4th house and is in conjunction with the IC. That's the point of the chart which represents family, mother, home.

Mercury is Retrograde which often represents a time when people from one's past come back in to one's life. Maybe this is a good thing for people to know about when looking for loved ones.

Mercury is also part of a Yod configuration here. Yods, as described in Karen Hamaker-Zondag's book on the subject, can show how a working out of a difficult family related problem can arise in an individual's life. That individual specifically has to work on this problem. That's maybe a good signature to have when calling anyone about family problems. Yods are triangle configurations in the chart that are made up of two planet connected by a sextile (talent) and connected to a third planet through inconjunct aspects (adjustment).

In this chart (phone call), the apex of the Yod is Moon in Cancer (H11). Moon directly rules Families and homelife, and specifically, the Mother. It was passing over Carlina's Sun at that point and was under the influence of the recent set of Eclipses. Moon is very strongly placed in its own sign. And, being in the 11th House shows some sort of weirdness connection. 11th House brings surprising events. In connection with the Moon it will definitely describe an unusual circumstance involving the Mother and the Family and Women in general (along with emotional needs) The 11th House rules Hopes and Wishes. It also rules the Internet and any kind of Network.

So, the Moon is connected to two legs of a triangle by Inconjunct aspects. Inconjuncts represent "Adjustment" and situations which seem to never feel right. In this case, the one leg is created by Mercury Retrograde in Sagittarius which is the key spot of the chart as Mercury rules phone calls. The other end of the leg is the tight conjunction of Neptune and Chiron in Aquarius. Neptune rules Hospitals and Social Workers and Chiron represents Woundings that don't heal. In this chart it is conjunct the 6th House of Jobs and Service and is unaspected by major aspect to the other planets. Don't really know how to concisely explain what this means except that the Universe was guiding Carlina at that point. The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Pisces was within close orb of conjunction with the Descendant at that time. Jupiter brings Luck and Good Fortune and Uranus brings in the surprise element once again. The article linked to above talks about the person who answered the phone at the call center and helped Carlina. Carlina had been looking for 5 years so one can sense that this was not the usual person.

To top things off we look at the 3d House which rules Telephones. Venus (rules Relationships) is conjunct the cusp of this house to the degree (Placidus). Pluto rules the house. Pluto rules abductions, crimes of all sorts, and great detective work. As I said, Pluto is in a very significant conjunction with the North node (Destiny), Mars and the Sun in Capricorn and is placed in the 4th House of Family, Mother, Home.

It's interesting to notice the strength of Mars related to Carlina. This can show a person's ability to iniate and do things on one's own. Carlina has natal Mars 6 (Or 7?_) Leo squaring Pluto 8 Scorpio in her chart. One never knows how this aspect will work out in life but sometimes it can indicate a connection to a criminal event. There will be lessons involved in wilfulness both in one's self and in others.

The day that Carlina was abducted Mars had moved to 19 Leo. Her progressed Mars has been passing over that spot and is currently 2 degrees past at 21 Leo.

Carlina also has a natal Sun-Jupiter square which can show that she carries a lucky streak (and also is probably a bit more sensitive when things don't feel "right"). Squares give one the energy to take on a challenge. Jupiter wants Happy Endings to all its stories. It adds the concept of Redemption to all philosophical and moral problems.

Since Ceres and Pluto are connected through a story of abduction in Mythology I wanted to hopefully quickly check those planets in Carlina's chart.

Ceres represents the Goddess of Agriculture whose daughter Persephone is abducted by Pluto. There is a whole story about Ceres' pain and wrath over this and eventually Pluto returns Persephone to live above ground with her Mother for half of the year in return for keeping Persephone the other half of the year below ground. This explains the seasons. For half of the year, the crops don't grow as a result of Ceres' loss.

Turns out that Carlina's natal Ceres is at 24 Sagittarius which is exactly conjunct her natal Uranus and opposing natal Chiron 25 Gemini. I've spoken about how Uranus brings about unusual circumstances and also the idea of the Internet and all networks. It is unusual to be an abducted baby and it is probably even more unusual to be returned to one's family after such a long time. The sign of Sagittarius seems very significant here. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and as I said before, Jupiter requires Happy Endings. Sagittarius is an independent sign which rules free, positive thinking which can solve large problems.

Mercury Retrograde was in Jupiter's sign at 24 Sagittarius at the time of Carlina's phone call. And, as I've stated it was very strongly placed in conjunction with the IC of the phone call chart (and squaring Jupiter-Uranus-DESC).

Without a birth time I can't say for sure, but it would be really interesting to know the exact placement of Carlina's natal Moon. The noontime chart places it at 26 Pisces. This would mean that it is apex to a t-square to Ceres-Uranus opposing Chiron. The Moon is so key to a story about both babies and abductions and family life and Mothers. Placement in Pisces which rules Hospitals and Lost Children and Orphans seems almost too good to be true.

Carlina's natal Pluto is in its own sign of Scorpio. Pluto is related to most crimes as it shows deep seated problems and compulsions. This is especially so in square to Mars 6 Leo. It is also trining Mercury and Venus 8-13 Cancer. Trines are aspects which show talents and can explain why the adductor was so taken with Carlina's charms (unfortunately).

At the time of Carlina's phone call to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Moon 25 Cancer (H11) was in opposition to Ceres 26 Capricorn. Mercury-Sun-Pluto-NN-Mars were all placed over the end of Sagittarius/beginning of Capricorn in the 4th House. In a way, Carlina is like a real life version of Dorothy of Oz.

Just click your heels together!!! (Red, as in Ruby Slippers, is even the color of Mars-Pluto!).

I'm still trying to figure out if there is a significance in the Planetary Cycles for Carlina's return home. Cycles are literally planetary Returns so probably I'm just forcing it but I'd really like to see a literal return of a planet. As I said, Progressed Mars has hit the spot where transiting Mars was during the abduction.

Also, The big stellium in the 4th House is directly over Carlina's natal Neptune. Pluto-Neptune connections can show a wiping out of something in the individual's life. Carlina has just found out not only her real family but her real name.

Lilith is very strong in both charts. She is in conjunction with Carlina's natal Sun and is in conjunction with the Descendant in the phone call chart.

Carlina's about to have a Jupiter Return but the degrees are too out of orb even for my compulsion to make things work.

Missing Child Zahra Baker

Zahra Baker is the 10 year old girl who was reported missing by her Step-Mother and Father on October 10, 2010 in Hickory, NC at 2:00pm. It's presumed that Zahra was killed by her parents. Zahra was observed being abused by her Step-Mother. Previous landlords/neighbors of the family reported having to evict the family because of the chronic screaming (both parents have Mars in Gemini).

Police dogs sensed Zahra's smell in a pile of wood chips and Zahra's prothetic leg has been recovered. Zahra and her Father are originally from Australia where Zahra's bio Mom still lives. Zahra was diagnosed for Bone Cancer in 2005 and had a leg amputated. She also suffered hearing loss.

Both parents have been arrested for writing bad checks. Her Step-Mother continues to be held for having confessed to writing a fake ransom note.

When I look at the charts which I located from off of the Forensic Astrology website at Websleuths.com I see that both parents might have a tendency for cruelty. Elisa Baker has a conjunction of Sun-Venus-Mars in Gemini squaring Uranus-Pluto in Virgo. She could be a very verbal person, and probably abusive. She also might tend to have problems with parenting due to constant need for self satisfaction and excitement/stimulation.

(note about prog Mercury: She was born just as Mercury was Stationing Rx at 3 Cancer. Her progressed Mercury has turned turned direct and has passed over the natal spot and is at 7 Cancer. Perhaps she was very frustrated with her bad parenting).

Right now Elisa is going through her Neptune Square. Her natal Neptune is conjunct her step-daughter's Sun. This could mean that she is being blamed for her step-daughter's death so her chart is certainly linked to her step-daughter's. Or it could mean that if she did kill the little girl she probably did it through the use of Neptunian means such as poison, drugs or gas. As Neptune is related to dishonesty, fantasy, and cover ups and doing jail time the Neptune square transit certainly adds up in Elisa's chart. Uncanny how even her step-daughter's prosthetic foot (ruled by Neptune) is described here.

When I look at the charts, I am particularly concerned about Zahra's Father's chart. He has a natal conjunction of Sun to Saturn in Leo and a conjunction of Pluto to his North Node in Libra. These are both aspects which can show tragedy in a person's life but also an extreme need to get what one wants. He might have an overbearing authoritarian character at times which isn't readily apparent.

The current transits at the time that Zahra was reported missing are echoed in the event chart. I might think they point more to the Father than the Step-Mother. It's strange that the parents waited until 2:00 pm on a Sunday to report their daughter missing. Maybe they are late sleepers, but they certainly are lousy parents. At that point the current transiting conjunction of Pluto-NN in Capricorn were just rising over the Ascendant. The Ascendant in an event chart will show a perpetrator. The Capricorn conjunction disposits to and squares t. Saturn which was in Libra conjunct both Sun and Mercury. The Saturn emphasis connected to the Ascendant describes "Guilty Father." It's difficult to read though because obviously he's going to be feeling guilty right now no matter where his daughter is.

His chart is very strongly hooked in with this event. The transiting Sun-Saturn Libra conjunction layers right over Zahra's Father's natal Pluto-NN conjunction.

At any rate, one can see that he was born to suffer great responsibilities in life, some serious losses and he was due for an upset in his life at this time. I question his honesty because he has a t-square with apex Mercury 11 Virgo squaring Mars-Lilith 14 Gemini opposing Neptune 14 Sagittarius. He would certainly be a difficult person for the police to interrogate. A Sun-Saturn person naturally feels guilty and responsible for everything and after a certain age this can degrade into just the opposite sense that others are to blame for everything. It seems that the couple was suffering from financial problems as well as just not getting along.

Trying to filter the two charts down to see violent tendencies one looks at Mars. This couple shares Mars conjunct in the same sign of Gemini. This means that both have progressed Mars in Cancer which is a terrible aspect for anything having to do with home life and over emotionalism.

Good Samaritan Rescues Kidnapped Girl

I'm definitely not coming up with a very good chart reading for an abduction of an 8 year old girl in Fresno which occurred on Monday night, Oct. 4, 2010 8:30 pm. But, I think I have found a good indicator in a chart for "The Good Samaritan."

The 8 year old girl was playing with friends outside her home when a man in a red truck pulled up and harassed them. The girls tried to flee but the abducted girl fell down and was grabbed by the man and abducted. There's a really intense conjunction of Venus to Mars in Scorpio right now so one would expect to hear a lot of stories like this. Scorpio is the sign of sex, death, and abduction. Venus and Mars are the two planets who rule love relationships and sexuality along with Pluto. And Venus and Mars are in Pluto's sign here. It is said that the girl was molested. With Pluto conjunct the North Node in the 8th House of the Abduction chart I just sort of assumed she wasn't going to survive. Don't have a source, but seem to remember reading that 74 percent of abducted children are killed within 3 hours of their abductions.

I'll list some reasons why I think maybe this girl survived, but have to admit they are weak. I wouldn't have been able to read the chart. Just want to give the data here so that maybe down the line others will have a chart to refer to.

But, what's amazing is the girls' rescue. First of all, she survived. Yay! It turns out that Pluto in Capricorn is not such a bad thing. I believe that either Sun or Saturn or the connection between the two might indicate Good Samaritans after looking at the rescue chart.

On Monday Night an Amber Alert went out through the media notifying people of the abduction. I suppose a Mercury-Sun-Saturn conjunction might be a better time for an Amber Alert to work, Mercury rules communications and Saturn rules Caution and effective administration.

At around 7:00 am on Tuesday morning (the next morning) a guy named Victor Perez looked out his window and saw what he thought looked like the abductor's red truck. He got in his own car and proceeded to follow the guy. He saw the little girl's head in the car and tried to cut the guy off and after the 3d attempt the little girl was able to run away. The abductor, a gang member, was later located by Police because Perez was able to provide a partial license plate number.

Whoa, look at those stars! At this time, the Sun-Saturn-Mercury conjunction in Libra was rising over the Ascendant! Sun = Courage, Risk Taking, Honor, Citizenship and Saturn = Public Standing and Doing the Right Thing. Mercury describes the situation involving automobiles and cleverness and quick thinking. The Ascendant/Descendant axis shows the people involved in an incident in an event chart.

What's interesting is how much Saturn imagery is going on for Perez right now in his story right now. He is 29 years old which means that he is close to his Saturn Return. If he really is close to having a Saturn Return right now, the Aries Point connection shows coming before the public. The square from Jupiter-Uranus opposition to Pluto-NN shows how he's been struggling recently. He lost his job in Southern California and has been living with relatives and picking grapes. Now he is getting all sorts of attention and the Governor (Saturn) has just honored him today and even put in a plug for getting him a job. Another interesting tidbit that I read is that a Dentist immediately came forward and offered to fix a tooth (Saturn, Mars, Venus) for free. Would be great to see his birth chart.

Perhaps some indicators that the child would escape:

Venus rules little girls and Venus rules this chart through Taurus Ascendant. Venus also rules the Rescue chart which occurs 11 hours later (sign is Libra). Venus is conjunct Mars in the 11th house of Hopes and Wishes which perhaps lends a coping ability. The Sun-Saturn-Mercury conjunction in Libra also disposits to Venus so the little girl's placement is very strong possibly showing her survival of the ordeal.

Sun c. Saturn shows level headed behavior. Sun-Saturn can show cruelty as well. It can also indicate that the Amber Alert system will work, especially in conjunction with Mercury in Libra. Libra is aware of others.

Nothing in chart is out of bounds which repeats the lack of extreme influences.

Only planet on an angle is Neptune-Chiron up in the 10th House (Abduction chart). Neptune rules escape.

Pluto-NN is in 8th House of Death and Sex, but houses indicating end of life, 4th and 12th, are empty.

The Venus-Mars conjunction in Scorpio indicates sexuality but can also show that people are on edge and are more alert and aware of their surroundings. Reaction time is good for dealing with crises.

When looking for luck one looks to Jupiter in the chart. Jupiter is conjunct Uranus in Pisces in the 11th House. Jupiter rules the 8th House. Perhaps the abductor was so strung out on drugs that he just couldn't think straight? Okay, I'm at a total loss.

The Rescue Chart. The rescue occurred almost 11 hours after the abduction:

Another Story on Tuesday which also shows the Venus-Mars conjunction and the Pluto-Saturn-Uranus-Jupiter square pulling u-e's was that the electronic monitoring system of the sex offenders in 49 states went down. They weren't notified of this fact, but between 9am and 8 pm on Tuesday they couldn't be tracked. The Sun-Saturn-Mercury conjunction was conjunct the 12th HOuse cusp of incarceration when the system went down. It was squaring PLuto-NN which was on the 3d house cusp (Networks)

American Student Convicted for Murder of Roommate

I've been ignoring the Amanda Knox case. She's the girl from Seattle who went to study in Italy and has now been convicted, along with two others, for murder of her English roommate Meredith Kerchner. Amanda has been convicted along with her boyfriend at the time, native Italian son of a Doctor, also a student. His name is Raffaele Sollecito. Another man has been convicted as well, Rudy Guede. Guede, I don't believe is a student. He is an African immigrant who very likely had sex with Kerchner before her murder.

It's unclear to me who knew whom in this scenario. The media has been publishing all kinds of bizarre storeis. It's very clear that Amanda Knox's weird behavior after the murder has helped to convict both her and her boyfriend. Knox kept changing her stories.

It's very strange that no one called the police at any time after hearing Meredith's screams and finding the house broken into and blood spattered all over, so there was a cover up. Rude Guede, (the immigrant) says that he was listening to his ipod and didn't hear the scream. He fled to Germany that night. Knox apparently confessed under police pressure and then says that she covered her ears during the scream. The neighbor says she heard it. Knox and her boyfriend were sitting outside the apartment when police happened to show up after finding her and Meredith's cell phones in a neighbor's yard. There's another guy who was taken in and held for two weeks because Knox accused him of having committed the crime. It's difficult to know because Knox may have been too young, she may not have been able to speak Italian very well, she may have really succumbed to the police interrogation.

First of all, this case sounds like nobody in Italy calls the Italian Police for help when it is needed. I traveled through Italy when I was 18 and from what I saw I can understand why nobody would call the Italian Police but that was a really long time ago and figured that things would have changed by now. The murder happened just as Saturn moved into Virgo. Virgo rules the Police and Saturn generally messes up anything that isn't very well organized when it hits the sign of rulership. After watching Nancy Grace the other night to find out what this case was about I heard how the police screwed up on the evidence. Nancy always says that the police screwed up, though. That's why I love Nancy.

Saturn is in detriment in this chart because he was conjunct the Nodal South Node at the time of the murder. That's a real Devil is in the Details aspect so the details are probably where the problem lies. I can't really answer for Amanda Knox's weird behavior except that she's a Cancer Sun like me and we're totally useless in an emergency. George Bush Jr. is a Cancer Sun. Look what he did to a whole country after 9/11.

If you look at the 4 charts of the crime, the 3 who are convicted and the victim, you will notice that it looks a bit like the Victim is the Killer. Meredith had the nasty Mars-Pluto-South Node in Scorpio conjunction. Some astrologers would convict a nun if they saw this aspect. Actually, some nuns ought to be convicted, but, if I go off on that I'll be acting as dopey as Amanda Knox.

Of course, often a victim's chart will look like a killer's chart. There's just some scary propensity for violence indicated here. One could be violent or attract it or become it because of having attracted it. Either way, both roommates had Mars-Pluto aspects. Kercher had the conjunction and Knox has the square. This could certainly have added an additional problem with willfulness which could include rape and murder, sex crimes, dressing up like a vampire because it's the day after Halloween.

On Nov. 1, 2007, the night of the murder (around 11:00 pm? in Perugia, Italy) the Sun and Lilith were both in conjunction with both roommates' natal Plutos. As a matter of fact, the two men involved in the crime had Pluto around the same spot as well.

The event chart shows a more complicated story here as the Sun-Lilith conjunction is squaring a Moon-Chiron opposition. The reason why I looked at the charts in the first place was because I wanted to see if Moon and Chiron were heavily aspected because I believe that these two working together might indicate being falsely accused, or of making false accusations. It certainly is prominently placed in this chart as the Moon-Chiron opposition is conjunct the Asc-Desc of the 11:00 timing of the murder. So, this does describe something related to the murder. Chiron rules Teachers and Wounds that can't be fixed. The Moon rules Women. It also rules Amanda Knox's chart as she is a Cancer Sun with Mercury Rx and Venus in that sign as well. She also has Lilith at 26 Cancer. Transiting Mars was passing between her natal Mercury Rx and her natal Sun at the time of the murder. It is said that she had dressed up as a Vampire for Halloween the night before. This was definitely a good transit for convincingly dressing up as a Vampire. To see if someone is really wigging out you want to see the Moon and maybe Uranus involved. Uranus and Mars were in a Grand Trine with the Sun-Lilith conjunction. This Grand Trine was affecting the Pluto of both women's charts.

Mercury in the event chart is also very prominent. It is conjunct the IC (root of the matter and the home) and it is just stationing direct in the sign of Libra. The moment that Mercury comes out of Retrograde can often indicate a log jam of snafus. (So says Bob Marks). It certainly describes Student Housing, Neighbors, faulty thinking, miscommunications, police error, lies, media lies. It could indicate why Amanda Knox couldn't get her story straight. Don't know why she was doing cartwheels during police interrogation. (She could be heavily affected by all things lunar. Her natal Moon placed at noontime (which probably isn't correct) is moving extremely fast and is placed way out-of-bounds up at 28 degrees and something. Also her chart is a Seesaw shape so she is probably always playing a balancing act, her natal Mercury is Retrograde so she probably doesn't talk straight too much of the time, and she has no Air in her chart, so she's a bit of a space cadet.)

What's interesting is the amount of Cardinal Sign prominence in the charts of those involved. I don't have an explanation for this other than to observe that birds of a feather flock together. Kerchner and Rudy Guede (who she had sex with) were both Capricorns with Sun conjunct Neptune. Amanda Knox is a Cancer Sun with Moon either in Sagittarius or Capricorn. Raffaele Sollecito is an Aries with Moon either in Capricorn or Aquarius. There is the possiblity that all 4 have Cardinal Moon signs as well. As Cardinal Signs tend to be the Starters of the Zodiac maybe what happened is connected with not finishing something.

Knox and Guede both have Aries North Nodes which are Cardinal as well. Sollecito (the boyfriend) has Sun conjunct Amanda's North Node. Bet that's one relationship they both regret having entered into.

Anyway, with the weird stories that people have been giving it would be impossible to know what happened. It looks like the evidence wouldn't convict Amanda Knox if only she hadn't been changing her story every 5 seconds and doing cartwheels during police questioning. But, then again, the Italian Police are said to be a really strange bunch. It looks like Rudy Guede really did have sex with Meredith Kercher and it also looks like Kercher was trying to fight her killer off. So, he's certainly implicated. There is no mention at all of where the other two roommates were at the time of the murder.

Kercher's death is certainly described by that Mars-Pluto-South Node in Scorpio conjunction. My understanding obviously doesn't go much farther than that.

Maybe Not a Good Year to Work for the Census

It seems that a lot of bad news is coming from those Amazing Census Jobs this year. They pay so well. I grew up in the semi-boonies and at that point the neighbors were nice people. Well, they're not now.

Is this the Saturn-Uranus opposition in action? "Counting crowds" sounds like a good keyword combo for those planets. Capricorn and Aquarius are traditionally ruled by the same guy, Saturn. They're bound together by this mutual "blood tie." So they represent the same social force, but also show the conflicts that show up between that social force in the idea that Tradition and Foreword thinking don't get along. The Saturn-Uranus conflict.

[Imagine the painting of Saturn eating his sons which Goya painted on his Dining Room Wall. If you don't know it, Google it, looks a lot like a Town Hall meeting or ... actually, astrologers are seeming to be pretty much the same to me these days].

Toss a couple of Cancer/Capricorn Eclipses and suddenly not only do people not want you comin round on their land, but they strip you nekked with oodles of duct tape, pin your badge on, writ "FED" on your chest in BIG RED LETTERS as taught in 3d grade (yep, make it threw that thar grade) and hang you up in the cemetery. Don't mess with my meth, man, makin me paranoid..... (Guess maybe that's a Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter thing?)

In Kentucky Census Worker, Bill Sparkman, was found murdered in such a way. Truly tragic as he had recently battled Cancer and had graduated from College at the same time.

I worked for the Census back at the Y2K year 2000 Census because it seemed like it would be a priceless memory. Also, the Feds pay abnormally well. But the work really is creepy. It's amazing how pissed off you can make people just by walking up to their doors and banging on it. I saw so much it made me hate the place where I was living which was sort of a combo platter of rich computer people, rednecks, agricultural workers, retirees, caretakers and strange people who just live out in the middle of nowhere.

Most people were nice. Some told some really great lies. My Gemini Rising just loved that part. The Census Worker's instructions are to just write down things exactly as they are told to you. I was told later on that my notes became something of a legend back at headquarters.

The Rednecks were uniformly horrible. The houses with mens' names don't answer the door but you can faintly hear music and tvs inside and you can feel their eyeballs boring through the part of your face they can see through the peephole. Fine. Gemini Rising has Sadge on the other end. We're all free not to answer anything we don't want to answer as far as I'm concerned.

But, my badly placed Moon really kicks in with the ladies. Women were a completely different story as they generally are. One barrel shaped broad lunged at me through the screen door, frothing at the mouth about how the Government all-town-hall-meeting-like. It was so hard to look at her deadpan. Another just stood leaning on her pitch fork and telling me about which of the barking dogs I should try to avoid. The dogs set off the clacking of the chickens which sounded like all hell breaking loose. Census workers are just temps. Why get all huffy? Anyway, I quit about a week before some guy got eaten up by dogs in a Southern State.

Haven't found Bill Sparkman's birthdate. He was 51 years old so he would have had Chiron in Aquarius. Of the People, By the People, Screwed by the People. The police haven't given their opinion about motive for the death yet so the online sleuths are assuming that Sparkman was either Gay or a Child Molester. The Online Sleuths should maybe try knocking on a door in Meth Country sometime. You don't really have to even go up to a door. The roads with the potholes are enough to keep me away.

The first hellish Census Worker story I remember, though, is with Swine Flu. (Maybe we should just call this the H1N1 Census 2010?).

In Mexico a Census worker is said to have been the first death from H1N1 Virus. All that door to door action is just a free lunch for a communicable disease. I've noticed that Gemini might have a lot to do with Communicable Diseases. Maybe we should employ another Gemini rulership to do this census. It's called the Telephone. Either that or carry around a belt with a can of Mace and a can of Lysol to spray any door that happens to open after you knock on it.

More on the Annie Le murder

Here are some observations on the Annie Le case for what they are worth. The only part of my previous reading which was any good was that I said I couldn't figure the situation out.

This murder is clumped into "workplace crime" category rather than domestic, serial, gang, etc. For anything associated with the workplace I'd look for something to come up in the sign of Virgo which rules that aspect. Couldn't see anything like that in Annie Le's natal chart. (Of course with inadequate birth information I have an excuse for that, hehe.)

Le had no planets in Virgo. Her natal Mercury which is ruler of Virgo is in Leo and her progressed Mercury is within that sign. Her solar Arc Mercury is at 29 Leo which is very close to the cusp. Her Mercury afflicted however. It squares natal Pluto opposite natal Lilith. This possibly fans out into a Grand Square through an opposition to Capricorn Moon. Without a birth time I can't know the placement of Le's Moon.

The event chart shows the Virgo influence through the Sun-Saturn conjunction in Virgo (Ego, Walls, Force, Authority, Control). Sun-Saturn is opposing Uranus (Shock, Sudden and Unusual Events).

Through those keywords one can also see how the fact that Le's body was hidden within a wall shows up. Saturn rules Walls.

I happened to run into a County Coroner yesterday (Black outfit with white lettering "Coroner". I gasped when I saw it and she laughed). Had to ask her what her thoughts were on the case. She said that the fact that Le's body was found stuffed into a wall is the most highly unusual aspect of the case. Unusual is Uranus, of course. Wall is Saturn. These two were approaching an exact opposition with each other (approaching within the week) and the Sun was passing over them. Uranus' placement in Pisces also indicates the Hidden Element.

The other most distinct aspect of the case, according to the Coroner was its high profile location. Crimes at an Ivy League school are significant. (I also think that Le's beauty didn't hurt for popularity sake).

For institutions of higher learning we look at the signs of Sagittarius and Jupiter. Jupiter is separating from its conjunction with Chiron and Neptune in Aquarius. Guess it's lucky that this conjunction was most potent this summer when most schools were not in session. On the day that Le was found, Sept. 13, Venus was at 23 Leo opposing Chiron exactly. It would be interesting to know what time she found to see if this axis was on a significant angle.

I suppose this powerful opposition/conjunction may also explain the motive. Police are saying that Le didn't keep her mice cages clean. That's definitely a control freak issue in Virgo type of thing. Pictures of the man being held for the crime show that he was extremely close to his dog. He also had 3 cats. Perhaps Uranus in Pisces shows that he was having trouble working in a medical laboratory which abuses animals on a regular basis. On the websleuth's website there is some speculation that this man is an Aquarius. If Neptune is on or has recently passed over his natal Sun his sensitivity and compassion for anything that suffers would be highly attuned. His ability to cope with reality would also be heavily affected. Supposedly he has a control freaky t-square to his Sun which would complicate things. Google that website for more information.

For motive one always wants to look at Pluto, Scorpio and 8th House. Pluto in Le's natal chart is strongly placed in its own sign of Scorpio at 2 degrees. It's also possibly involved in a very challenging Grand Square aspect with Mercury, Moon, and Lilith. And it was being squared by Le's Progressed Mars at 2 Leo and her progressed Sun 5 Leo. This is an extremely violent aspect. Le had a conjunction of Sun-Mars in Cancer in her natal chart. As I said in my last post on her chart, this can bring violence especially as a victim in a woman's chart. This conjunction had arced by Solar Direction to 5-10 degrees Leo. With recent switch of this conjunction into Leo, Le may have been acting very boldly.

These progressions of Sun-Mars are also widely squaring Le's natal Nodal Axis and the transiting Moon.

I looked also for signs of strangulation in the chart. The throat is ruled by Taurus and by Taurus' ruler, Venus. Le's North Node (Destiny, Life Path) is placed at 15 Taurus. The Moon was passing through Taurus as she died. It was placed at 10 Taurus when she entered the Laboratory building. Of course, if the North Node is placed in Taurus, the South Node will be placed in the sign of Scorpio which rules Murder. In Le's chart her South Node is sandwiched between Pluto and Saturn in Scorpio. This shows extreme force. The South Node is said to be related to past life problems which we are trying to fix in this life. As I've said before, I heard a lecture with Komilla Sutton in which she said that this is the most difficult Nodal Axis to live with just through its associations with difficult behaviors and karmic patterns. Scorpio is also strongly associated with research and medical research in particular.

Albert Gonzalez - Biggest Identity Thief Yet

It's kind of interesting that the Feds have jailed what they call the biggest credit card scam artist of all time and yet this guy, Albert Gonzalez's, birth date is not readily available for Astrobuffs to rip apart. How can we learn what motivates these crooks if the the CIA doesn't comply with our needs? At any rate, of anyone whose birth date ought to be published on the Internet this is certainly the one. Perhaps this is because the guy is still working for the CIA as an informant and is still being protected. I think that's very suspicious.... At any rate here I go with some bogus speculations.

Several sources are saying that Gonzalez was born in June, 1981. At various times during that month 4 planets were passing over Aries Points so I suppose that this guy was meant to come before the public for something. Sun, Mercury, Venus and Jupiter would be the planets I would expect of someone who is on a financial joy ride. I'd expect Gonzalez' Moon to be negatively placed since he's been caught at Age 28 which is the progressed Lunar Return. But this guy is a slippery fish and he's been caught before. Who's he tattling on now?

Sun 0-1 Cancer on June 22
Mercury 0-1 Cancer on June 22
Venus 1 Cancer on June 6
Jupiter 1 Libra beginning of month.

Saturn was running Rx at the beginning of the month at 4 Libra, not far from the beginning degree. It Stationed Direct on June 5.

Mercury, probably patron saint of Identity Theft along with Venus was at 3 Cancer as the month began and Stationed Retrograde on June 9. It had passed back into its own sign of Gemini on the 23 where it spent the rest of the month.

Credit is ruled by Pluto which was at 22 Libra.
Theft is ruled by Neptune which was at 24 Sagittarius.
Uranus was at 27-28 Scorpio for the whole month.
The North Node was passing over 4-2 degrees Leo.
